| Alright. Springbreak is over. And i'm going back on track.
So i decided to do South Beach Diet. I guess its a healthier version of Atkins. But before that, i'll do another 3 days fasting. :) Starting tomorrow~ |

| Springbreak's been nice so far. That 4days of fasting..i miss it. I should start again next week, when school starts.
So far, i've been following the diet that i found in Cosmopolitain magazine. (Well...diet TIPS) -30minutes of cardio EVERYDAY. (Drink coffee 30minutes before i run.) (Going at 10am today.) -30 extra minutes of sleep everyday. -No CARB. -uh...i forgot what i else. I have to look at the magazine lol.
Anyway. The 30minutes cardio a day ...it feels great. I eat my breakfast after i run. And i still feel great so far.
I'm at my friend's house, and she has a workout place since she lives in an apartment. It's really nice to have that place near here... Cause usually i'd be too lazy to go to the gym, but this one, is right there :).

| So i told my boyfriend about my fasting. I did tell him that i didn't want to tell him because i didn't want him to lecture me about it...
Even in SBU, my fasting program goal is to fast on weekdays and eat healthy on weekends. So i will be doing that.

Another amazing day yesterday. I was glad that my boyfriend still haven't asked me why i haven't been eating lately. Everytime he eats, i just say i'm not hungry. But then, when it comes to multiple people saying they're hungry, it's really hard to NOT eat....Somehow i managed to not eat.
By just cooking them the food and tell them that you're not hungry :).
Its cool. This is my first time fasting btw. It's been..what? 3days now. (4th day today.) I was thinking of fasting just 3 days...but i'll keep going!! <333
Drinks that i've been drinking: -Water -100% cranberry juice (so bitter.) mixed with a lot of water. -Starbucks Shaken Greentea (60cal.)
I bought a measuring tape today! (no, that is not me. I wish it was...) It's really nice to have one around you. Now, i'm going to measure myself every week. Fridays. well...here's todays. Lol. Bust: 34.5inches/88cm Waist: 29.5inches/ 75cm Hips: 34inches/86.5cm dayum i'm fat... well..it's a good motivation... btw. I just took a picture of myself. The "Before" picture. :) I can't wait till i take the "after" pictures :D My weight's dropping dramatically probably beacuse i've been eating A LOT lately...and i just suddenly stopped eating...So right now, i'm pretty much just losing all the water weight.
I just took the constipation medicine just beacuse i wanted to make sure there's nothing left in my stomach.
